A little bit about us and what we do:
My husband, Corey Garrison, and I (Jessica) own and operate Garrison’s Hardcore Fitness right here in Bolivar. We offer personalized training specific to your ability and goals, and from time to time we also host boot camps, group classes, and challenges.
Most of our clients train with us 1–3 days per week, with sessions lasting 45–60 minutes. If getting to the gym isn’t an option for you, we also offer online training, so you’re never left without support.
We work with all ages and stages of life — from young athletes to adults 60+, including prenatal and postnatal clients. Our biggest focus is meeting you exactly where you are, building a strong core and solid foundation before progressing into more advanced movements.
Here’s how that looks in real life:
* Young athletes: We focus on building strength, endurance, and jump training, tailored to their specific sport.
* Beginners or those returning after time away: We assess where you’re at, then build from there. Our priority is functional, sustainable movement and teaching you how to move well.
* Experienced lifters: We make sure your movement patterns are solid, assess your goals, and challenge you every time you walk through the door.
In our gym, injury prevention matters. Sometimes that means backing off, regressing a movement, working on mobility, or simply taking time to rest — and we fully support that.
We believe training should support your everyday life, not wear you down. Our goal is to help you build consistency, balance food and exercise, and create habits that actually last.
