📢 Pool Season Reminder! 🏊‍♀️☀️
Before you come visit us, please take a moment to read over our pool rules. They're in place to keep everyone safe and ensure a fun, relaxing experience for all! 💦

📋 You can find the full list of rules below (also in Spanish) and on our website. Thanks for your cooperation—we can’t wait to see you! 😎🌴

RULES FOR THE COMMONS POOL

1. THERE WILL BE A BREAK TIME OF 15 MINUTES EACH HOUR (ONLY ADULTS MAY SWIM).

2. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR VA**NG INSIDE THE POOL AREA. MANAGEMENT HAS THE RIGHT TO CHECK ANY AND ALL CONTAINERS BROUGHT IN BY GUESTS. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR RECREATIONAL DRUGS ARE PERMITTED ON PARK PROPERTY. THIS IS A STATE LAW.

3. NO BEVERAGES, TO***CO, FOOD, OR GUM ARE PERMITTED IN THE POOL. GUESTS MAY SMOKE OUTSIDE THE FENCED AREA.

4. NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED INSIDE THE FENCED POOL AREA.

5. NO RUNNING OR ROUGH PLAY PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA.

6. NO CUT-OFFS OR FRAYED TRUNKS IN THE POOL. APPROPRIATE SWIM ATTIRE IS A MUST. NO THONG BIKINIS OR REVEALING BATHING SUITS OF ANY KIND.

7. ONLY MANAGEMENT AUTHORIZED FLOATATION DEVICES ALLOWED. FLOATATION DEVICES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE DEEP END/DIVING AREA OF THE POOL.

8. NO UNNECESSARY TALKING WITH LIFEGUARDS OR GATE ATTENDANTS. BACKTALKING GUARDS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL.

9. CHILDREN 13 YEARS AND YOUNGER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RESPONSIBLE PERSON 18 YEARS OR OLDER.

10. SWIM DIAPERS ARE REQUIRED AND MAY BE PURCHASED AT THE FRONT GATE.

11. NO BULLYING.

12. NO PROFANITY.

13. NO PUBLIC DISPLAY OF AFFECTION.

14. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANYONE NOT ABIDING BY THE RULES.

15. MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT OR LOSS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY.

REGLAS PARA EL COMMONS POOL

1. HABRÁ UN TIEMPO DE DESCANSO DE 15 MINUTOS CADA HORA (SOLO PODRÁN NADAR ADULTOS).

2. ABSOLUTAMENTE NO SE ADMITEN BEBIDAS ALCOHÓLICAS NI VAPEO DENTRO DEL ÁREA DE LA PISCINA. LA ADMINISTRACIÓN TIENE DERECHO A VERIFICAR CUALQUIER Y TODOS LOS CONTENEDORES TRAÍDOS POR LOS INVITADOS. NO SE PERMITEN BEBIDAS ALCOHÓLICAS NI DR**AS RECREATIVAS EN LA PROPIEDAD DEL PARQUE. ESTA ES UNA LEY DEL ESTADO DE OHIO.

3. NO SE PERMITEN BEBIDAS, TABACO, COMIDA NI CHICLE EN LA PISCINA. LOS HUÉSPEDES PUEDEN FUMAR FUERA DEL ÁREA CERCADA.

4. NO SE PERMITEN CONTENEDORES DE VIDRIO DENTRO DEL ÁREA CERCADA DE LA PISCINA.

5. NO SE PERMITE CORRER O JUGAR VIOLENTO EN EL ÁREA DE LA PISCINA.

6. NO HAY ROPAS CORTADAS NI TRONCOS RAÍDOS EN LA PISCINA. ES IMPRESCINDIBLE TRAJES DE BAÑO APROPIADA. NO SE ADMITEN BIKINIS DE TANGA NI TRAJES DE BAÑO REVELADORES DE NINGÚN TIPO.

7. SÓLO SE PERMITEN DISPOSITIVOS DE FLOTACIÓN AUTORIZADOS POR LA ADMINISTRACIÓN. NO SE PERMITEN DISPOSITIVOS DE FLOTACIÓN EN EL ÁREA DE BUCEO DE LA PISCINA.

8. NO HABLAR INNECESARIAMENTE CON SALVAVIDAS O ASISTENTES DE PUERTA. SI LE HABLAS GROSERAMENTE CON LAS SALVAVIDAS SERÁS EXPULSADO INMEDIATA.

9. LOS NIÑOS DE 13 AÑOS Y MENOS DEBEN ESTAR ACOMPAÑADOS POR UNA PERSONA RESPONSABLE MAYOR DE 18 AÑOS.

10. SE REQUIEREN PAÑALES PARA NADAR PARA BEBÉS Y SE PUEDEN COMPRAR EN LA PUERTA PRINCIPAL.

11. NO INTIMIDACIÓN/BULLYING.

12. NO PROFANIDAD.

13. NO SE PERMITE NINGÚN COMPORTAMIENTO ROMÁNTICO EN PÚBLICO.

14. LA ADMINISTRACIÓN SE RESERVA EL DERECHO DE RETIRAR A CUALQUIER PERSONA QUE NO RESPETE LAS REGLAS.

15. LA ADMINISTRACIÓN NO ES RESPONSABLE POR ROBO O PÉRDIDA DE BIENES PERSONALES.

Our pool will be closed tomorrow, Monday, May 25, due to the cool temperatures and rain. We wish you a Happy Memorial Day, and we honor all who served. 🇺🇸🙏🏻

Due to cool temperatures, the pool will be closed tomorrow, May 24.

Due to low temperatures on Saturday, the Bolivar Commons Pool will be closed for swimming.

However, we will be open from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM for anyone needing to book a party this season. Please bring payment to reserve your party date.

Please read! The first day to book pool and shelter rental parties at Bolivar Commons Pool will be:

📅 Saturday, May 23
⏰ Beginning at 11:00 AM

To reserve your party, you must come to the pool in person ON THIS DAY (first come, first served). Please make sure to bring payment at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

After May 23, reservations will continue to be accepted during normal summer pool hours over the phone.

We can’t wait for another fun summer at the pool! 🏊‍♀️
