Working on Goal Setting! The best way to accomplish something in life and move forward is to set a goal and then crush it.

Goals should challenge you and make you work! hard You should educate yourself on how to achieve your goals and most importantly have a finish date in mind. If there's no finish date it's not a goal, it's just an activity!

Going a little Banana's today!!!

Has anyone ever left their bananas sit so long that they are just to mushy to eat. Use them to bake with in place of the oil or butter in a recipe. The banana will also add a sweeter taste so it's especially great when making muffins or donuts like I did today!!!

Bananas have many benefits as well, to help you live a happy and healthy life. So grab a bunch on your next grocery trip and throw them in your lunch bag, no extra packaging needed, or let them get extra ripe and whip up a batch of yummy banana bread muffins.

Love working with such great people. Today was Train the Trainer day where some of the people that we normal make sweat took a turn at making us sweat! They all donated money to the Ronald McDonald House to have some time at pay back for the workouts we put them through.
I'll start thinking twice before I make them do anymore planks or wall sits. ;)
Thanks to everyone who participated, the best part was the cheer we got after ever rep! You guys ROCK!!!!!

Anybody else finding that even with these extra hours of sunshine fitting in that workout is tough? Circuit training is a great way to get results when you're short on time. Work as hard as you can with little rest in between sets. It's for a short period of time so push yourself to the max.

There is nothing quite like running with your dad!!! We ran 9 miles yesterday in preparation for our Half Marathon in April! I love running with my dad because he encourages me, pushes me to go harder, and of course makes 9 miles go by way easier. We raced the sun last night on the towpath and saw some cows on the way. It was beautiful run and I'm so thankful for our runs together.

Who is your workout buddy? Is it a best friend, a sister, or maybe even your pet dog! Get out there and workout together it makes it fun, easy, and it's better your health than going for dinner and drinks!

Feeling this motivation today. In the Pump Pedal class I took this morning I was able to chest press 20lbs, squat holding 25lbs, and the rubber band rows were not such a struggle. Feeling stronger every day.

Let's here about some of your amazing accomplishments this week. Maybe you went a little longer on the stair climber, or lifted heavier, or even ate better this week.
