I will be at the gym tomorrow at 4 if anyone needs me. Hope you all are having a great summer☀️

I have been having a little trouble with the gym phone. If you’ve been trying to get in touch with me, please reach back out.

Again, always thankful for the support you all continue to show the gym😃

Edit to add, Monday/Thursday classes will resume August 12th.

Good morning☀️I hope everyone had a great weekend.

Mondays are for announcing specials✨

For the next 3 months, you can pay $45/month for a full access membership. This includes 24 hour access to the gym PLUS 2 fitness classes weekly. That’s a $30/month savings❗️Classes are Mondays (Tabata) and Thursdays (Strength Training) from 3:30-4:30.

Happy Tuesday everyone! Hope you all are having a great start to the week!

Just wanted to let everyone know I will be at the gym again this Friday, February 2nd from 4:30-6 doing memberships. Also, if there is anyone that needs assistance with anything, please feel free to stop by.

Our entry system has been giving us a few problems with not letting members in, we will have our securty system tech there Friday updating and fixing any issues. So if you have been having any trouble getting in, please let me know. But that should all be resolved after Friday.
