SEPTEMBER COMMUNITY EVENTS! 🍂🍁

One of our core values here at CrossFit Casual is Community Care. That means doing more for our community, and giving back when we can. There’s not many ways we can do that, but one way we definitely can is through free community events.

Hey, this is Alyx.

Alyx is an unlimited member at CrossFit Casual. The other day, I bumped into her at a coffee shop, and unprompted, she told me all about how CrossFit Casual has made a positive impact on her life.

She explained how she feels so comfortable and safe working out in the classes at CFC. She explained how she leaves the gym feeling amazing both physically and mentally every day. She explained how she has made some of her best friends at the gym. She explained how she feels challenged at the gym every day, and the sense of accomplishment she gets when she finishes a workout.

I couldn’t help but just smile as she told me all of this, because all of the things she told me are the exact purposes of CrossFit Casual. And it felt good to hear that the gym is accomplishing what it has set out do 💙

When she left the coffee shop, I texted her and asked her if she could shoot a lil testimonial. Here it is. Thanks Alyx. You rock. Thanks for embodying everything that CFC is all about!! 🐧
