Boise River Running Club: Masters Track & Cross Country

Boise River Running Club: Masters Track & Cross Country We are an all inclusive running club that trains for Cross County, Indoor and Outdoor Track in North, Northeast and Southeast Boise.

Our club members train together year round, and compete in the following areas:
1. Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field, January thru August
2. Cross Country, September thru December
3. Long Distance Running Year Round

All ages and skill levels are welcome. Yearly memberships are only $65, which includes a full racing and warmup kit. You do not have to be a paid member to train with us so please fe

el free to join us. Nobody is too slow or too fast because we've got a very wide range of athlete ages and speeds in the club and we are all very friendly and welcoming to all abilities.

Views on my fast walks and runs. Base training is a time to reprogram and set goals for the year. Currently I’m working on fast walking mixed with runs with higher intensity. As a older runner, this balance helps me stay healthier and less prone to injuries.
