^^How I’m not living anymore

When you are beyond tired from doing things that don’t bring you peace or flow from purpose, you don’t have as much energy to resist old patterns and trains of thought

It’s easier to fall back into them and more difficult to move forward in creating new patterns and habits to step into that person you feel you truly are

If you’re looking to create a new life for yourself, you cannot have those limiting beliefs holding you back from stepping into it

So ask yourself:

🦋Where am I playing small? Why?
🦋What in my life is draining my life force energy? Are they something I’m ready to cut out to allow for space of what will give me energy?
🦋What’s one thing I can do right now that will get me closer to stepping into that life I know I’m meant for?

Know that you are so worth taking the time to answer these and gain awareness and start taking action toward stepping into your most authentic way of being

The world is waiting for you to become that version of yourself you know you are meant to be, let nothing hold you back from that✨
