classes, zumba, yoga and shine. We provide family discounts if you add any family members to your membership and we always offer a great referral program. Lastly, if you are in need of a little more motivation we offer top on the line personal training program design along with our famous bootcamps that put us on the map. With these programs you will see education, motivation and accountability to the 5 components of fitness that we will provide zero guess work and lay out a program for your body type and goals. Next you will get monthly inbody scans that show us everything from body fat loss, muscle gain, water retention, muscle imbalances, and lastly meal planning design.
