- Doors Open at 8AM
This is a great head start to get here, to look at auction items, buy raffle tickets and to do any extra stretching prior to starting ar 9AM

- 9AM introduction of workout, family & idea behind the workout.

- 9:15AM Warm Up

- 9:30AM start workout

- 10:15 Finish Workout, Cool Down & Last Chance for Raffle Tickets/Auction.
