A lot of what we teach starts in the deep end…. and that’s intentional.

Because when swimmers truly understand the water, everything changes.
Skills like treading without hands, proper body positioning, and efficient technique aren’t just drills… they’re confidence builders.

Our instructors don’t just teach these skills, they’ve lived them. Many of them learned the same techniques as students themselves, which is why they understand how to coach them the right way.

It’s not about rushing progress ~ it’s about building it the right way from the start.

Every swimmer is different, and that’s exactly how we coach. 😎

At Lifestyle Swimming Instruction, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all lessons. We take the time to understand each student’s comfort level, learning style, and goals. Whether that’s building confidence, refining technique for competition, or preparing for something the Boy Scouts Merit Badge. 🏊

In the water, we focus on calmness first, then layer in control, and ultimately build true confidence through intentional progression.
Out of the water, we create an environment where swimmers feel supported, underwater, and motivated to keep growing. 🐠

Because real progress doesn’t come from rushing, it comes from the right environment, the right approach, and coaching that actually cares 🫶🏻

Big project 👷🔨🚧 !!!

This year the pool got a major paint job!!! We had to remove all of our hanging fish. Buid a platform to paint and hang and rehang the fish. 🐠

A major major undertaking. Thankful to keep serving the Treasure Valley!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Betty swam her first high school meet, and placed first in both the 50 and 100 free in her heats.
