Hi friends,
I wanted to share a personal update.

For the past few years, I've been learning and practicing Thai Yoga Bodywork, and I'm excited to share that I'm officially putting myself out there and offering 1-hour Thai Yoga Bodywork sessions through Kia'i Wellness!

This practice entered my life through curiosity and has become something I'm incredibly grateful for. I still consider myself very much a student of the practice and hope that never changes.

I also want to express my gratitude to my teacher, Bonnie O'Shea. Her knowledge, presence, and dedication to this work have shaped my experience as both a recipient and a practitioner, and I'm thankful for everything she has shared with me along the way.
