A place to ask questions without judgement.
Somewhere that I could get different perspectives.

Whether you are just starting to think about kids or you’ve been trying for too long, this is a place for you.

TTC is a valuable and vulnerable time.

Nourishing yourself when real life gets in the way is possible. You just need strategy.

Forget all the rules for “what to eat for women’s health” because trust me they aren’t serving you.

What’s serving is you and this meal plan.

So many of the changes your body goes through in pregnancy serve a purpose for both you and baby.

However that doesn’t make it easy.

Just because your absorption might improve doesn’t mean veggies sound any better when you’re trying to fight through first trimester morning sickness 🤢

A lot of nutrition support in pregnancy is problem solving and symptom management because there’s actually so much you can do to feel better during pregnancy. And food plays a big role in that.

If you need some help with the problem solving, I’m always here to support you!

Water aversions in pregnancy need to be talked more about WAY MORE.

Because if you’re like me, it sounds crazy. What do you mean you can’t drink water???

Until I had one… and hydrating…While trying to recover from puking all the time… felt truly impossible.

‼️if you are experiencing worsening dehydration and are not able to keep fluids down you absolutely need to seek care. That’s not something to put off.

But if you find you are managing and it’s really really hard. This is where we can really focus on on the alternatives and different tactics to help hydrate.

The reality is we don’t want to consume endless amounts electrolytes or never drink plain water. You need the water.

So much like motherhood, we find ways nourish your way through.
