Effective Tuesday, September 2nd, we will have new hours! We hope these new hours provide you with more opportunities to come get a workout in.
TL;DR-Check the highlighted changes in the picture! For more details, see below:
✅ Adding a 3:30 PM class on MWF
❌ Canceling 7:30 PM Wednesdays + 6:30/7:30 PM Fridays
⏰ Saturday Open Gym hours shortened to 10:30 AM
❌ Canceling Open Gym on Sundays
If you have any questions, talk to a coach! As a reminder, we offer 24/7 access ($15/mo) for any athletes who are interested in adding it to their membership.

Get ready! Kids Camp is coming back better than ever…as BirdGang Training Camp!
Starting Monday, June 30, we will host BGTC for 4 weeks from 3:45-4:30pm (on Mondays only). This camp is FREE for members and only $5/class for non-members. Kids will learn proper movements through fun and functional fitness.
At the conclusion of 4 weeks, we will host our inaugural BirdGang Games, where a child gets to team up with a parent/guardian to compete! This will be held on July 26th and will cost $20/team. Stay tuned for more info and click the link below to register for BGTC! (Registration for BirdGang Games will be separate. You do not have to attend BGTC to participate in BirdGang Games, however we encourage it!)
