A minimal amount will fully clean your firearm. The combination of pe*******on and solvent action facilitates cleaning away normal use barrel fouling and will condition the barrel to reduce further fouling and ease cleaning with modern munitions. Gunners has a high affinity for metallic surfaces and is a good penetrant and surface conditioner. Will not deteriorate fully cured wood or metal finishe

** J.P. Gunners was not designed to attack heavy powder fouling or heavy lead/copper buildup. A more aggressive cleaner will be needed for those conditions. Long term and/or harsh storage conditions will necessitate a thicker protective oil film than is provided by J.P. Gunners.

J.P. Gunners is an effective solvent that is gentle on gun finishes. Incidental contact with most stock finishes is not a problem. A minimal amount will fully clean with no worries about residual amounts left in the bore or other areas.
