Many of you know Cindy from class, but now you'll get to know her as one of our teachers! 🧘‍♀️💙

Cindy took her first yoga class with April over 7 years ago. Like many of us, she started out feeling nervous and unsure. Through a consistent yoga practice, she found confidence, strength, balance, and a community that changed her life.

Now she's ready to give that same gift back.
Her first class starts: Tuesday, June 9th, 10 am

We couldn't be more excited to welcome Cindy to the teaching team! 🎉

Your body was designed to move, not just to endure. ✨

So many of us spend our days pushing through, checking off tasks, carrying stress, and simply trying to make it to tomorrow.

But your body was made for more than survival.

It was made to stretch, breathe, walk, dance, strengthen, rest, and explore. Movement isn't about how fast you go or how flexible you are. It's about reconnecting with yourself and honoring the incredible body that carries you through life.

Today, take a few moments to move, not because you have to, but because you can.

Our Tuesday class time is changing! Starting now, we’ll be meeting at 5:30PM instead of 6:30PM for a non-heated gentle yoga class with our new teacher, Katherine 💗

Yoga can be a powerful tool for helping calm the mind, reduce stress, improve focus, and reconnect with yourself through movement and breath. Sometimes the greatest benefit of yoga is finding a moment of peace in the middle of a busy or difficult season.

At Bend Fit Yoga, we believe the mat should be a space where you can breathe, reset, and simply show up exactly as you are. ✨
