When you come to an IDPA match, you can not only use your duty/CCW equipment, you can be completely competitive with it! Other shooting sports have become equipment races; IDPA will not. A quick reminder that Bass River's monthly IDPA match is this Sunday June 21, 2026, and the third Sunday every month until December, weather permitting.

You can register on PractiScore until Friday: https://practiscore.com/bass-river-idpa-june-21-2026/register, or you can always register in person at the match. We need you to check in when you arrive at the range. There are 7 stages planned for your shooting pleasure . The first shots go off at 10am so please be at the range by no later than 9:30am.

The International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA) is proud to announce their recent partnership with the U.S. Concealed Carry Association (USCCA).

“We are delighted to partner with USCCA”, said Joyce Wilson, Executive Director of IDPA. “This collaboration will give our 22,000 members the opportunity to access USCCA’s many offerings, including high-quality fi****ms education, safety training, and self-defense liability insurance coverage for all acts of self-defense throughout the entire United States — now with a LifeLock membership benefit included.

A pilot program, aimed at members in 5 states, will begin in mid-June at IDPA sanctioned matches. Those states include Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Additional regions will roll out later this year.
