Hey yall! I know Ive been gone for a while, but Im still here! Ive just been doing one on one lately. I love one on one and small groups. I feel I can really get on my clients level and give them the attention they each need. I want to encourage the ones who feel this endless battle is hopeless. I know its hard. Though Ive never struggled with weight, I do know what its like to work so hard for something and not get the results that you want. But I promise you that the fight is worth it. Even on days when you think this is all a waist of time. When youre stuck in a place that you cant seem to get out, remember, contentment is not ok. This world has taken this whole "accepting your body" to another level. I whole heartedly believe you should love your body and be comfortable in your skin. Not all of us are built to be 5' 10 and 120 lbs. Im not saying that that should be our goals. However, when accepting your body becomes eating McDonalds 3 times a day and candy bars and cokes for every snack, thats not ok. We are to be healthy and take care of this one time body. GUYS... dont let your wife/gf/fiance lie to you. If any woman is honest, they like muscles and an in shape, strong body. If they didnt, then why do they bust the movie doors down every time Magic Mike comes out? lol WOMEN, the same goes for you. Guys like to see a woman keeping their body in shape for them. Short or tall, big bones or little bones, we can all be in shape. "In shape"does not mean skin and bones. It goes way deeper than that. And I promise, if you set yourself goals and reach them, that's a feeling that can not be bought. A feeling of such accomplishment. A natural confidence booster. I can help. I do only have a few slots open for one on one right now (message me for times) but I am going to start offering my own personal workout plans. Prices will depend on what you want. You can tell me or meet with me and give me your information and your goals and I will write you a plan to follow that suits your needs and wants. Im writing a few already so make sure you message me so I can get them done quick. I will even meet with you and show you the correct way to do each of the workouts. Once you do this for a while and build your confidence, you can come see me for one on one sessions!! :) Take this step. Its worth it. I promise.
