More than a decade in the making.

What started as an idea has grown into a 30,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Lubbock, Texas and a team dedicated to building the most premium sports collectibles in the world.

Every LightHeaded helmet is designed, painted, assembled, and shipped right here in the USA. This facility represents more than manufacturing…it represents innovation, craftsmanship, and a commitment to building something special.

Our ribbon cutting wasn’t just the opening of a building…it was the celebration of years of persistence, belief, and countless people who helped make this dream a reality. Thank you to everyone who joined us as we celebrated this milestone.

One of the coolest things we’ve learned building LightHeaded is that sports fans are sports fans.

Our West Virginia helmet recently made the news during College World Series coverage in Omaha, and it perfectly captured something we’ve believed from day one:

Fandom isn’t limited to a single sport.

While this helmet was designed as a football collectible, Mountaineer fans are using it to celebrate their school and team pride everywhere…from football Saturdays to baseball’s biggest stage. Add in a recent delivery to Pat McAfee, and it’s been a pretty exciting week for West Virginia fans.

The passion is real. The loyalty is real.

And we’re building for all of it.

And for everyone asking… yes, baseball helmets are already on deck.

We’ve spent the last several weeks with our heads down.

Not because we’ve gone quiet. Because we’ve been building.

Production is rolling. Pre-orders are shipping. Our team is growing. And the vision we’ve been talking about for years is finally coming to life.

Here’s a quick update and a look inside the facility where it all happens.

Update from inside the factory

Helmets are officially coming off the line and moving into shipping. Orders are going out in batches as we ramp production!!

We know many of you have been waiting, and we don’t take that lightly. Every helmet is being built, painted, and finished here in the U.S. with the level of detail and quality we set out to deliver from day one.
