One thing I wish more people understood about coaching…
The training sessions matter. A lot. They’re the foundation. It’s where we build strength, practice the movements, and put in the work.
But real, lasting progress usually comes from what happens around those sessions too.
What you’re really investing in is guidance, support, accountability, and a coach who helps you make sense of all the noise out there.
Because as you and I both know, the information is already out there. A coach’s role is to filter that information and present it in a way that actually fits someone’s life.
If most people took all the free information and advice I give and consistently applied it, they would likely get life-changing results.
Most people already know the basics.
Lift weights
Eat enough protein
Walk
Sleep
Stop crash dieting
Be consistent
But knowing is not the same as doing.
Progress stalls.
Life gets busy.
Bodies change.
People second-guess themselves.
And that’s where coaching comes into play.
A coach helps you stay the course when motivation fades.
A coach helps you adjust when life gets messy.
A coach helps you see progress when you feel stuck.
At SFC, the training sessions are where the work happens.
And the coaching helps you apply it in a way that actually sticks so you can become Capable for Life.
