Rooted Strength Coaching is growing our team! We're an all female strength studio looking for one-two female trainers. We're about building strength that lasts + helping women get out of pain, move well + feel good. We have two locations: Fair Oaks + Bergheim. We offer competitive pay for both 1:1 Training and Small Group Training
Requirements:
Certified in Personal Training + have up to date CPR Certification
Willing to learn + grow as an individual + professional
Able to coach morning + evening classes (looking specifically for evenings)

This isn’t exhaustive - but some of the most common reasons I see in the women I train.

Two things:

(1) It all comes down to load vs capacity - and each one of these examples is increasing overall load.

(2) know the source then find the solution. If you have a mobility restriction, playing with volume and adding more rest isn’t going to help. Stretching a strength balance issue also won’t move the needle.

This is also why each client starts with a comprehensive assessment so we can start narrowing in on what the reason for discomfort is - so we don’t have to waste your time or have you do any unnecessary work. 👊🏻

This sunflower is growing right by the dumpster and in a legit construction zone, it’s also the first sunflower on our property. Here’s what it reminded me:

- Growth can happen in the most inconvenient and unlikely spaces.
- Just because everything is a mess doesn’t mean something beautiful can’t also be there.
- resilience is a skill and if we learn it, we can thrive in unlikely scenarios.
- what if it became more about how I responded to my circumstances instead of trying to change them?
- how would my mindset and perspective shift if I said yes to the small and focused on simple still being very great?

Take any of these and apply them where you need to.

Online prenatal and postpartum training is back for those of you who are too far from the studio!

Specific training for your season | easy to access weekly workouts with video and written cues | client only education | ability to keep track of your progress | gain access to an exclusive community of women in your season to encourage, share wins, ask question and more.

What if the delay was exactly what you needed?

What if the time spent pursing goals and dreams was intentional, worked for you and prepared you to carry what was meant for you in the next season?

When it’s taking longer than you want, maybe ask yourself this - if time is on our side, what lessons might it be trying to teach us?

With health, fitness, business and goals in general - time works FOR us.

It build character, gives us opportunity to grow more belief and convictions, it gives us space to practice habits and skills, it compounds those habits and skills every day we continue to pursue them.

There’s no scarcity here’s, no lack. But there is so much time and it’ll be a good teacher if we let it.
