Training Sessions
All training sessions with be 2-4 max people going over ground balls, fly balls, hitting and some live pitching to batters in cages. I will talk about the mental approach on what we do in each situation and counts and why.
Minimum will be at least two players per session.
Monday
10-11:30 $40 per player 2-4 players
12-1:30 $40 per player 2-4 players

When should who’s coaching your kids matter?
This is a great question. I think it matters no matter what age your player is at, especially character influences.
Player: I like playing for him.
Coach: what do you like about him?
Player: he is cool and lets us be who we are.
Coach: Explain what that means?
Player: He talks about funny Sh””. He lets us cuss and it’s funny when he cusses as well. He’s like a brother, not a coach.
Coach: what kind of funny stuff does he talk about?
Player: he talks so much crap about other players and parents and what he says about the umpires is hella funny, but he is just messing around. He lets us talk crap as long as we can back it up, but sometimes, if he does like the other coach, he tells us to talk as much Sh”” as we want.
Coach: ok, but what is he teaching you about integrity, character and knowledge of the game?
Player, I don’t really care about that, I’m having fun.
Coach: so, do your parents know about any of this. After all they are paying for it?
Player: I don’t f-ing care what my parents think.
Coach: Wow, you never were like that when I coached you, in a little shocked.
Player: Its different now, you cared if I played in high school and college and this guy doesnt and I dont care to play past high school and just have fun.
Coach: you might want to tell your parents that, they spend a ton of money on this.
Player: Thats on them, they want it more than I do. This coach has shown me that it’s more fun to talk trash, than become a better player.
Coach: im sad to hear this, cause ive always cares about who you are as a person, not just a player.
Player: I know Coach, I will always appreciate you and how much you cared for me, I just dont care anymore and I want to have fun.
Coach: Im always here if you need to talk. I hope you make good choices for your life, thats what matters most to me.

Wow, now that should make every single parent wake up and start paying attention to what you’re paying for. If you don’t care as a parent about your childs character, integrity and learning the game and influences, then you are exactly where you need to be.
For those who want your kids to grow up with Character , Integrity and treating others the right way, because chances are your kid will be a professional at something other than baseball or sports in general, you might want to put them around men of integrity. Notice, I didn’t say perfect men, because nobody is, but character and integrity have taken a back seat to coaches like this and it’s shaping our future to be disrespectful human beings, who have zero value for life and others.
Be a better coaches and even if you don’t win all the time, instill principles and values that can last a lifetime.

Spiritual Battles:
You won’t always see them and you won’t always understand why. The Devil does a great job of even pitting two fellow believers against each other. That makes him happy. How are some ways he will do this.
Often it’s in expectations or services provided. If someone feels like they don’t get what they want, the Devil will often use there frustrations to harbor anger towards that person. Sometimes it’s things that really don’t change who we are or affect our lives, but we still might feel like blaming that person. Money, thats a huge one and usually causes the biggest problems. The worst is when the situation turns into hoping and wishing that someone would fail or fall, or Spreading gossip and lies. Unfortunately, in the world we live in today, it happens so much. Have I done this in the past, absolutely, it’s an easy things to fall for and it takes patience and pray to help with it.
Whatever your going through, just know that the human world, doesn’t understand what the good Lord sees and how he wants us to treat each situation, it’s a hard spiritual battle that we all face.

The “Adaptive Power Contact System” (APCS)
Core Philosophy
Old school: “Don’t miss your pitch. Put the ball in play.”
New school: “When you hit it, hit it hard and in the air.”
The goal:�A hitter who can adjust swing intent without changing swing mechanics.

PHASE 1: SWING FOUNDATION (Weeks 1–2)
Build a swing that supports both contact and power.
Old School Work
Short bat drills (one-hand + top-hand work)
Opposite-field rounds only
2-strike approach every rep
Choke up slightly
Focus on contact over power
New School Tools
Use bat sensors (like Blast Motion Sensor)
Track:
Bat speed
Attack angle (goal: 5–15 degrees)
