Turning 50 has made me look at my life differently. Who am I now, and what do I want the next chapter of my life to feel like? A conversation with the AMAZING Erika Obando I Leadership Coach & Global Speaker gave me the reframe I didn’t know I needed.
I told Erika it felt like I had spent 50 years climbing a hill, finally reached the top, and was now looking at the road going downhill.
Her response stopped me in my tracks.
It isn’t the journey downward. It is a small slope before you shoot upward.
That is what this season feels like. A moment to pause, reflect, gain clarity, and intentionally create what comes next.
