Boca Raton Swim Team Empowering young people to be champions in life through excellence in competitive swimming. To teach young people the process of achievement.

To nurture the whole child at every age and, realizing that each child is different; allowing young people to develop as far as their dreams will take them. To encourage them to dream big, help them set their goals, promote a strong work ethic, provide support when
they struggle, and inspire them to preserve until they succeed. To provide a level of coaching that will lead to the development of
wo

rld class swimmers, should they so aspire. While at the same time allowing beginning swimmers to develop character, self-confidence, and a love for the sport of swimming in an atmosphere of caring and consideration. To encourage parents to actively support both their child and the program on a whole, realizing that their personal investment is a key ingredient to a young person’s success in any endeavor.

Special shoutout to 2 of our swimmers who ranked in the top 3 overall in individual points:

Lauren placed 3rd overall in points for the ladies 🥉

Geronimo placed 2nd overall in points for the men 🥈

Lots of great swims and some great time improvements from the whole team!

Geronimo: 3rd in age group and 13th overall
Temperance: 6th in age group and 18th overall
Maddie: 3rd in age group and 6th overall
Rosie: 5th in age group and 9th overall

The Boca Raton Swim Team is looking for a passionate Novice Group Lead Coach to join our team. If you love working with kids and want to help them learn competitive strokes in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!

We're hiring a part-time coach to work with our 10 and under swimmers. Must have experience with children and a passion for teaching. Must pass background check. We'll even help you get your USA Swimming certifications!
