International Yoga Day is the day I graduated my 200 hour teacher training, & that first picture is the first class I taught as a teacher
I can’t believe it’s been 3 years and I now have my 500 hour 🙏🏼
Thankful everyday for this practice & that I can share it with others 🤍

Can you tell I like doing handstands? Lol
I like them for so many different reasons:
-they challenge me
-they help with my balance & strength
-they change my perspective
-they help me be present
-they give me a boost of energy
-it is a never ending practice with them 🙏🏼
