Do you love working with kids and creating a space where they feel safe, welcomed, and excited to be here? We’re looking for a caring, compassionate Childwatch team member to join our West Boca team!

This is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys being around children, knows how to engage different age groups, and brings patience, energy, and warmth to every shift.

We’re specifically looking for someone who can consistently work:

• Tuesday evenings
• Thursday evenings
• Additional availability is always welcome!

You might be a great fit if you:

• Truly love working with children of all ages
• Are caring, compassionate, patient, and nurturing
• Are confident managing different age groups at the same time
• Can calmly and confidently handle crying or upset children
• Love playing games, doing crafts, and creating fun activities
• Are enthusiastic about engaging with kids rather than simply supervising them
• Have a warm, welcoming personality
• Feel comfortable talking with parents and building trust with families
• Love greeting both kids and parents by name and making them feel at home
• Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to every shift
• Are reliable and able to commit to a consistent schedule

We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic Burn Ambassador (Sales Associate) to join our West Boca team!

This is a fun, people-focused role for someone who loves connecting with others, creating a welcoming environment, and helping people become the best version of themselves through fitness and wellness.

We’re specifically looking for someone who can consistently work:

• Mid-morning shifts: approximately 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
• Friday evenings: approximately 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Additional availability is a BIG plus!

• Love giving high fives and celebrating other people’s wins

Claudia and Liana, two of our faithful 6:30 AM campers, have put together an incredible collection drive to support families and communities affected by the earthquake in Colombia—and we’re happy to be their drop-off location!

Because honestly… this is what our community is all about. Showing up, helping others, and making an impact beyond the walls of our gym. 💪

If you’re able to contribute, bring a needed item to Burn Boot Camp West Boca and drop it in the collection bin near the cubbies. Donations will be collected through August 21.
