You came into this world and changed mine in ways I didn’t even know were possible. Watching you grow into who you are—strong, kind, smart, and completely your own person—has been the greatest gift of my life.

You have this quiet power about you…your empathy, the way you care so deeply for others, the way you show up with kindness without ever being asked. That is rare, and it is beautiful. It’s one of the things I love most about you.

Everyone who knows you feels it. You are so loved- by your friends, your family, and honestly anyone lucky enough to cross your path.

Every dollar raised through Mizfit Gives goes toward providing scholarships for children facing mental health challenges—giving them access to the arts, movement, and creative expression in a safe, supportive environment.

Through our community fitness events, workshops, and movement-based experiences, we raise funds while also creating spaces where connection, confidence, and healing can begin.

It’s time for a little rest and recharge! ☀️

Our studio will be closed for Spring Break, giving our dancers and families time to relax, reset, and enjoy the week.

We hope you take this time to make memories, get outside, and do something that brings you joy.

Rejection doesn’t feel good.
Let’s start there.

It stings.

To ask, “What is this here to teach me?”

Sometimes rejection protects us from spaces we’ve outgrown. Sometimes it reveals the places inside us that still need healing, strengthening, or clarity.

It’s easy to react outward.
It’s powerful to reflect inward.

Growth comes from the quiet work we do when something doesn’t go our way.
