SOUND BATH + ACUPUNCTURE
with Jamie Long

Sunday November 15th from 6:00-7:30 pm - this time at Hot Yoga Stowe (in the downstairs studio).

The room is heated but not like the upstairs super hot heated room. We will have it set to be comfy and warm for everyone to feel relaxed. There are some blankets and bolsters in the studio already, although, encouraging everyone to bring their own pillow, blanket, eye covering, mat, anything you need to be comfy and wear layers.

Thank you Waitsfield Farmers Market & Stowe Farmers Market for a great vending season this year. Glad I got to have so many sweet wall weavings find their homes. This one was so special to me with organic cotton, Vermont wool that is dyed with indigo and plant dyes, Peruvian wool & river wood from stowe. I sewed on a turquoise stone for some extra calm, peace, grounding and dimension. Realizing now, a friend put indigo powder on my third eye, just before taking a photo with this weaving that has indigo dyed yarn in it! 💙 The lady who bought this weaving and I vibed so much over colors, textures, stones ~ it was a heart expanding connection! 🤍🪷🧶🪶🫶
That’s so much part of the fun of vending~ that I get to connect with people from all over visiting and sharing stories, conversations, inspiration and heart connecting experiences.

Join me at Rooted Yoga Sunday November 8th from 4:00-5:15 pm for a relaxing, nourishing Sound Bath experience with Aromatherapy, Oracle Intention Cards & Tea served after.
🎶🪷🪶🤍✨Wellness for an immersive sound journey. Aromatherapy, Oracle Cards and Tea are included in this peaceful, rejuvenating experience.
Relax and unwind and treat yourself to some deep rest and healing. Instruments will be played over and around everyone and I sing and chants at the end. The Aromatherapy I use is organic and deeply grounding and relaxing. The tea will be heart opening and centering. Oracle cards can help create intentions and give guidance.

River Arts Community Art Center in Morrisville, VT
Get creative with color, texture, and fiber in this hands-on weaving workshop with artist Brooke Berger!
Over two sessions, you’ll learn the fundamentals of creating a woven wall hanging while experimenting with natural fibers, vibrant colors, and interesting textures to develop your own unique style.

Perfect for beginners and students with some weaving experience, this class offers plenty of room to grow. Learn how to prepare a frame loom, build your weaving skills, and explore techniques for combining different fibers and textures. With two sessions to work, students may even have the opportunity to complete more than one weaving!

You’ll learn:

~How to prepare and use a frame loom
~Essential weaving techniques and finishing methods
~How to combine colored, natural, and textured fibers
~How to finish and prepare your weaving for display

Whether you’re picking up a loom for the first time or looking to take your weaving skills further, you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind fiber artwork.

Brooke Berger is an artisan who has been making weavings for the past five years. She has taught weaving workshops to adults and kids. Her strong passion for creative arts has her encouraging people to tap into their hands and heart by crafting, utilizing earth skills mediums. She works with natural fibers in her weavings and uses crystals, shells, and beads. In the past, she has worked with pottery, painted, and made jewelry. In the late spring-fall, she vends her wares at the Stowe and Waitsfield farmers markets, and in the winter she has a booth at the Boca Raton, FL Farmers Market. Her business is Cosmic Earth Wellness ~ other offerings include sound healing, life coaching, gentle yoga, reiki, oracle card readings, and numerology. Found this photo in my archives from when I had this weaving at Tomgirl in Stowe, VT that then sold at the Stowe Farmers Market. Wanted to share a weaving that I LOVED making and was so grateful to have it go to a sweet home. I loved the driftwood I found from the river and all the textures, colors of organic cottons, wools. Thank you Gabrielle Kammerer and Haley Blair for allowing me to have this weaving hung up there and for the vibes and good times when this awesome place was open!

Join me at SALT + GROVE in Stowe, VT on Wednesday October 28th from 6:30-8:00 pm for a relaxing, rejuvenating experience of a Sound Bath to bring you on a deep internal journey of mindfulness, soul expansion and inner exploration. We will utilize Oracle Cards for intention setting and Aromatherapy to help drop into the body deeper. Instruments will be played over and around everyone. I will sing and chant at the end.

Join me for a cozy, nourishing evening of creativity & cacao in community at Prophecy Chocolate in Morrisville, VT for a Coaster Weaving Workshop! Monday November 15th from 6:00-8:30 pm.

🧶 Each person will learn how to make their own handwoven coaster that they can then use for their warm beverages to sit on this autumn and beyond. We will use natural fibers of organic cottons and wool, even some wool from Vermont and around the world!

🎶 🧡 ✨ We begin with a guided Creative Crystal Bowl Sound Meditation with chimes and other instruments, vocal toning to open our creative channels.

🤎 Everyone will receive a warm heart opening Cacao beverage to help ground and tap into our center.

🫔 Tamales and snacks will be available for purchase.

✨♾️✨If you are wanting to unlock a new skill, do something creative for fun, ignite your fuel for ancient earth skills crafts in community, this event is for you!

Last moments of Summer 🌼🤍✨🪶 soaking up the sun, lying on the earth and sweet moments while I can 😆🍯 🍏 transitions of seasons remind me to be super present and intentional, mindful with my time and energy 🌀 feeling the shifts and changes emerging as Autumn approaches! The leaves have started to change in the northeast and there is crispness in the air, along with pockets of time with the sun still blazing and warmth 🌞 today I gathered chamomile from the garden for a deep restful tea blend.

Excited to reveal some creations brewing and coming to life soon that are inspired by this pivotal shift of summer to fall 🍂 !
