Hands on the far side of the mb, pulling it back toward you during the ab draw to avoid sliding off.. if you aren't shaking with your head about to explode, you prob aren't doing it right

release and catch mb if u can.. if not, just swing back over opposite shoulder w speed to train that deceleration strength
