Our goal at AMP Fitness is to help people with all of their fitness, health, and wellness needs. We provide one on one personal training, small group training, sport specific strength and conditioning, and nutrition coaching. Our training programs include, but are not limited to, strength training, cardiovascular endurance, muscle building and toning, weight loss, sports performance, balance, flex
ibility, and stretching. At AMP Fitness we believe that fitness is not a one size fits all process. We understand that everyone is different and that fitness programs should be created with that in mind. Our trainers are nationally accredited certified personal trainers and have college degrees in the field of Exercise Science and Health. Our goal will not only be to help you reach your fitness goals, but to educate you about health and fitness as well. We will create a personal and customized fitness program that is right for you based on age, current fitness level, and fitness goals. We have worked with many different types of people including kids, college students, middle aged adults, and elderly adults. We have also worked with pro and amateur athletes as well as people who have physical disabilities and rehabbing injuries. We have the upmost confidence in working with people at any stage of fitness or life and want you to have the same confidence in us as well! We offer training programs in many different places. We provide training sessions at private gyms, in home gyms, community or apartment gyms, commercial gyms, local parks and beaches, and more.
