Yoga Journey is the hub of our vibrant yoga community. Offering daily classes for all levels and a variety of styles to meet everyone's needs. We are a teaching facility approved by Yoga Alliance and offering 200 and +300 level trainings. Our mission is to elevate, educate and make yoga accessible to anyone that wants to participate. Did you know MaryAnn has been with the studio since the very beginning? From the moment our doors opened, she has been a steady, grounding presence in our community for over a decade and we are so grateful for the heart she brings into every space she teaches.

MaryAnn has a rare gift for connection. She knows her students by name, holds space with genuine care, and treats every person who walks into her class like family. Her teaching isn’t just about movement, it’s about belonging.

Beyond the studio, she also supports athletic teams at FAU and Lynn University, helping student athletes stay balanced, focused, and breathing through it all. And if that weren’t enough, you’ll often find her offering community classes in support of meaningful causes.

We’re so lucky to have her as part of our teaching family.

“Less is more” is something we return to often on the mat.

In Yin, it’s an invitation to soften rather than strive, to allow the body to be as it is, without forcing, fixing, or comparing. Stillness isn’t something to achieve, it’s something to settle into.

In Vinyasa, it becomes a reminder that effort doesn’t have to mean intensity. Let yourself be challenged, yes, but not to the point of strain. Choose the edge where your breath stays steady, your awareness stays clear, and your body feels supported rather than pushed.

In both practices, the real skill is listening, not doing more, but doing just enough. Enough to feel present. Enough to feel balanced. Enough to remember that your body is already wise.
