Rotation is everything in sports. 🥊⚾️🏌️♂️🥎
If you’re a combat athlete or play any throwing sport, your body has to be able to rotate smoothly, explosively, and safely without beating up your lower back. Power is important… but controlled power is the real game changer. 💥
Coach is demonstrating one of his favorite rotational power exercises for athletes — the Push Pull on the Keiser machine. This movement is awesome because you can customize EVERYTHING:
✅ Light or heavy resistance
✅ Slow and controlled reps
✅ Fast and explosive power work
✅ Sport-specific rotational training
This is a great way to build:
