In our own respective paths, but real recognizes real. A little pose down with my friend .gainz after my weekly upper body workout last night.

Sitting at 244-246lbs comfortably, keeping size and getting leaner. Climbed 72 floors for time on Monday with exercises in between each set of 6. Climbed 39 floors in full bunker gear on Tuesday, with exercises in between sets as well. Ran 5 miles on Wednesday in 44mins, did “Murph” yesterday morning.

Grateful for the opportunity to become athletic all around. Today’s leg day pump sesh will be epic alongside .dpt
