🏴‍☠️ WELCOME TO THE TEAM, AMBER WATFORD!

After 12 years of serving Boaz High School student-athletes, Amber Watford is officially joining the Boaz City Schools team as the BHS Athletic Trainer!

Amber brings 25 years of experience as an athletic trainer and has spent the past 12 years as the outreach athletic trainer for BHS. A graduate of Smiths Station High School, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of West Alabama.

Amber and her husband, Buck, have two children, Gracie, a 2024 BHS graduate, and Sport, a member of the BHS Class of 2028. Outside of work, Amber enjoys pool and beach days, reading, and crafting. And a fun fact you may not know — she used to roller speed skate!

Amber has been an important part of Pirate Athletics for many years, and we are thrilled to now officially welcome her to the Boaz City Schools family! ❤️🏴‍☠️

THANK YOU to everyone who took part in our first fundraiser Tiny Treasure Cup. We are so amazed at what a great turn around we had and all of the support, time, and effort every team and coach took to show up and enjoy this event.
We want to thank everyone who worked tirelessly to make it happen; booster club, parents, and our team members and all of our Soccer staff.
