I started a little fun competition between some of clients for the longest plank held. Winner was first time planker with a record of 3 mins Tony Lesser!!

I decided to do my shirts for breast cancer awareness this month. A portion will be donated to breast cancer awareness along with Free tshirts for the 3 women who are a true definition of STRONGER! I will be taking order through the middle of October. Shirts will be $25 and will need to be paid at time of order.
I have had the blessing of working with 3 amazing breast cancer survivors!! Each stories have touched my life and made me stronger. Tina Tom Reagan was my first who received her diagnosis in the middle of our training continued training until she couldn’t and started right back as soon as released. I got to work with Amy Cassels pre and post opt she is continuing to work hard and get stronger in the gym. And Gwen Sibert who will have 10 years cured Oct 10th trains 3 times a week at almost 80 years old! Grateful for the opportunity to work with these survivors!
