SHOW UP FOR YOURSELF.

Our BTF 30/60 Challenge starts Monday, September 21! 💪
For 60 days, the goal is simple:

🏋️‍♀️ Complete at least 30 BTF classes
🎯 Set one personal goal that matters to YOU
🔥 Show up, stay consistent & keep moving forward
30 classes is the minimum — but if you want to set a bigger goal for yourself, go for it!

And because life happens, you don’t have to be perfect. Miss a week? You can make it up! We’ll also be offering BONUS CLASSES throughout the challenge, giving you a few extra opportunities to get back on track if you fall behind.

The point isn’t perfection. It’s to show up for yourself, stay consistent and see what 60 days of effort can do.

🎉 Everyone who completes the challenge will be entered into a drawing for some awesome prizes!

We’ll be tracking our progress at the studio and celebrating the work along the way!

It’s the middle of Instructor Appreciation Week, and our hearts are so full. 🖤✨

To everyone who has taken the time to write a note, send a message, bring a small gift, or simply tell an instructor how much they mean to you—thank you. Your kindness has meant more than you know.

Our instructors show up every day with energy, encouragement, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others become stronger. They pour so much into this community, and seeing that love returned has been incredibly special.

If you haven’t had a chance yet, there’s still time this week to let your favorite instructor know how much you appreciate them. A few kind words can truly make their day.

Good news... the power is back on! 🙌

All remaining classes for today (Monday, July 6) are ON and will run as scheduled.

Thank you for your patience and understanding this morning while we waited for service to be restored. We can’t wait to see everyone back in the studio today!

⚠️ **BTF Update – Monday, July 6** ⚠️

Due to the severe storms, we are currently without power and are unsure when it will be restored.

As a result, we will be **canceling the 5:00 AM, 5:30 AM, and 6:30 AM classes on Monday, July 6.

We are hopeful that power will be restored in time for the remainder of our scheduled classes, but we’ll keep everyone updated as we know more.

Please check our **Instagram** and the **MINDBODY app** for the latest updates before heading to the studio.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope everyone stayed safe during the storms, and we look forward to seeing you back in the studio as soon as we’re up and running! 💛🩶🖤
