It has been an awesome journey. In the last 20 years, I have done more than I thought. It is amazing that some are still disrespectful and think that I haven't done enough.
I want to thank those who still supported me when I had my physical set back to my recovery. I thank those for your patience and encouragement.
I am getting strong mentally and physically. You Can't Keep A Good Man Down as I press towards the mark. I will Stand tall in battle, never give Up, Count my blessing, Keep the faith, and walk in the Spirit. I know DISCIPLINE ISN'T PUNISHMENT and my walk is bigger than my... the AOBK4LIFE, TUAA, Anthonys' Martial Arts Academy, and the Adaptive Martial Arts Associate is my heart. It is time to go to work as long as there is breath in my body.
