Blythe Bombers had an exciting finish to their week with the Modified "Murph Challenge." This workout is a tribute to Lieutenant Michael Murphy, a United States Navy SEAL who was awarded the Medal of Honor for his bravery during a mission in Afghanistan in 2005.

The "Murph Challenge" typically consists of a 1-mile run, followed by 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, and 300 air squats, capped off with another 1-mile run. It's designed to test both endurance and strength and is often performed while wearing a weighted vest to honor the sacrifices made by Lt. Murphy and his fellow servicemen.
