✨ Transformation Tuesday ✨

One year ago, I was coming out of a heart ablation surgery and struggling with a lot of self-doubt. Never in a million years did I think I’d be competitive on stage again… let alone win the 2025 Masters Bikini Olympia and step back on the Olympia stage.

To end this year standing under the lights at two of the biggest shows in the world is truly the highest of highs.

Starting weight: 105 lbs Stage weight: 117 lbs

This isn’t just about the numbers, it’s about growth. Mental, physical, and emotional. The belief that even when it feels impossible, you keep pushing, keep showing up, and you just might surprise yourself with what’s on the other side.

This lady means a lot to me! ❤️
We’ve been working together for a very long time and she has had an incredible transformation. Amy is not only a busy mom to twin girls, she’s an amazing athlete who is coachable and compliant!!
We finished her 2021 season with two top 5 National placements and then she took a little time off! 😂 FOUR years later…. She sure made a comeback winning her Masters 50+ class at North Americans and becoming an IFBB BIKINI PRO! 🏆

Being part of Amy’s journey has been amazing, Excited doesn’t begin to describe how I feel about this accomplishment for her! Stay tuned for what’s next!

What could’ve broken me, built a whole new version of me.
I’ve come through some of the hardest years of my life… physically, mentally, and emotionally.
There have been moments I didn’t recognize myself and so many moments I almost gave up.
But I stayed in the fight. Quietly. Relentlessly.
And now… I’m not just back… I’m built different.
Clearer. Stronger. Focused.
Prep isn’t just about a show…
It’s about reminding myself what I’m made of!

**Photo Left** - 108 lbs: This marks the beginning of my improvement season after taking a full year off from training, cardio, and tracking my food. During that time, I focused on intuitive eating and getting plenty of rest. My main priority in 2024 was my health.

**Photo Right** - 120 lbs: Here’s my current physique! I’ve gained some decent muscle since October and I’m feeling so good post heart procedure. I’m back and ready to bring my best to the Masters Olympia stage!

As the saying goes, my comeback will be far greater than my setback! Let’s go!

People take breaks from social media for various reasons. They might be in their off-season and lacking confidence, focusing on other aspects of life, or navigating personal challenges.

And maybe…. they just needed some time to find themselves again!

I’m back! I am finally feeling like me again. Training is back to 100% and I’m starting to see the Athlete that I know I AM as I prepare to make my comeback! When I step on stage again it will have been 2 years! But I am beyond excited to give it everything I’ve got! 💪🏻
