Thank you CSL for serving our local community! We are proud to help support you! Thank you to all the organizations that donated and to those who participate in the Fig Smashdown this year. Let’s see if we can do it bigger next year!

What a great surprise today! Fátima Fig and her husband, Felix Fig, owners of CrossFit Fig in Blue Springs, presented a check to CSL for $5,500!

They raised the money in collaboration with a recent competition that CrossFit Fig hosted. A big THANK YOU to all who gave so generously!

CrossFit Fig will be hosting additional collections in the future for CSL, like our upcoming Christmas collection. If your company or organization wants to help with a Christmas toy/meal drive, send us a message!

Fig Smashdown 3.0 is a wrap and now that the dust has settled we would like to express our gratitude to everyone involved!

To all the volunteers: We are very appreciative of the amazing support we had from you during the 2019 Fig Smashdown. With our biggest turnout yet, you worked hard and kept a smile on your face the entire day. You absolutely knocked it out of the park. We are very grateful to have a wonderful community behind us to make this event possible.

To all the athletes: thank you for coming out, supporting our competition and making this event such a success! We hope you had a great time and felt at home. Our biggest goal was to make sure you felt welcome at Fig.

To all of our vendors: thank you for coming out and spending your Saturday with us. We know everyone appreciate you there.

To all the gym owners: thank you for promoting our competition and bringing your athletes to Fig. We have an amazing community in KC and are so grateful for your support!

With the help of the competitors, sponsors and vendors we will be donating some of our proceeds to Community Services League. Their mission is to provide immediate relief to families in need and provide solutions that lead to economic stability. We will be presenting them with a check next week on behalf of everyone involved with Fig Smashdown!

We are excited to announce Core Medical Center as one of our vendors. CMC will be providing manual therapies such as ART, Graston, flexibility techniques, K Tape and chiropractic care.

CMC, uses specialized diagnostics and a team of physical medicine providers to discover the root cause and treat the issue at its source, allowing them to restore the loss of function. This will in turn alleviate the symptoms and prevent further damage and, in some cases, reverse the damage.

Stop by the CMC tend to get treated on the spot or to find out more about the countless treatment options they have available at there Blue Springs location.
