Lots of rain the past few days has finally brought us some better flows in the rivers 🙌🏻
We needed it bad! With that rain came some dirty water for today’s trips and a tougher bite , but we were still able to get it done with a BIG Ol’ Musky for Adam and 8 year old Kalin 💪🏻💪🏻
Water temps are back down in the 50s and the fishing is going to be NEXT level for the next few weeks ! Get on the calendar and come fishing with us .

This weeks Tag Data Drop
D9599A1 was a fish I originally tagged after our angler caught it on Jan 21, 2023 @ 37” long. We didn’t see this fish again for a little over 3 years until its recapture on March 6, 2026 @ 45” long. For a fish 4+ years of age to grow 8 inches in 3 years is very strong growth! These are the genetics you want to keep around , fish that have the potential to reach trophy size quickly 🤘🏻

All the way from Sweden to catch his first Musky 🇸🇪 Carl and Eda are avid Pike anglers back in Sweden but have always wanted to try for the King of Esox, the Mighty Musky. It didn’t take much more than a half hour and Carl landed his first. He went on to catch 4 Muskies on a beautiful Virginia Day. Congrats Carl, thanks for coming all the way out to fish with us!

There’s still some openings with Daniel & Brody in the driftboats and Capt. Rick started the day off by handing me a Payday candy bar , his way of bringing good luck with him and an act he’s been doing for years with different captains he fishes with. Well the payday worked and Rick landed this stud musky on a bass rod with 10lb line!
LOTS of big fish hitting the bag lately , get out here with us while they are fired !

TONS of awesome fish caught this weekend by our anglers! Brody and Daniel had a group of 4 out and each of those guys caught multiple Muskies. Capt. Jody had a multi species trip targeting Smallmouth, Red Eye, and Musky !
