Owner of The Yoga Haus, Marie Landwehr instructs with passion and intuition from her home studio in Freeport, Florida, in home private locations, and beach yoga in Blue Mountain Beach as well as all along 30A with passion and intuition. Utilizing her more than 20 years of yoga practice while infusing her background as a licensed addiction counselor at The Hazelden Foundation, she offers a balanced, light-hearted, and positive approach to fitness and mindfulness. Marie can tailor a class specifically for our or your group, from beginner to advanced practitioners. We would love to help make your visit to the area something truly special! I have this framed image of a from Will Stanford on my wall at home. No matter what my day is like, this feathered friend always makes me smile 😊😊. He’s come up as a discussion point for downsizing with Marie because … we’re always downsizing lol. While that’s a good thing (just look at our FB Marketplace where the hits keep on coming of what we truly do not need), the bird stays, just sayin’ 😉. Surround yourself with the people and the things that bring a smile or change your state of being when things may not look so good on paper. It’s kind of amazing how much of a difference in life these small (and not so small) contributions can make 💫.

Day 25 of our 40 day meditation challenge. It’s a very doable “challenge” in that we invite you to meditate daily for a length of time and in a way that resonates with you. We’ve found making this commitment to ourselves and to our community is very helpful in staying dedicated to the process. The benefits have brought more clarity, less distractions, and increased calm in our day to day. Join in anytime 🙏.
