Tryouts for the 2026–27 Whitpain United Travel Softball season will take place between July 20 and July 31. Official dates will be announced in early July. Once you’re registered, keep an eye on your inbox for additional information about what to expect as tryouts approach. In the meantime, there’s still plenty of summer softball left to be played. Whether you’re part of the United family or another program, we hope every player makes the most of their current season. Finish strong. Support your teammates. Enjoy the journey.

WORLD RECORD ATTEMPT AT CENTRE SQUARE PARK!

On June 6th there will be an attempt to break a world record for simultaneous “air dribbling” of soccer balls. This event will play out across all 16 World Cup host cities, and Whitpain’s Centre Square Park has been chosen as the location for Philadelphia!

Registration is limited, but WRA players (and adults!) have an opportunity to sign up before the event is widely announced. Participants must have the ability to juggle a soccer ball in the air using feet, thighs and chest.

Festivities (food trucks, games, music and more) begin at 11AM. The record attempt begins at 12:30 and will last about 10 minutes. Advance registration is required, no registration is possible on the day of the event.
