-know what you're doing, why & where it leads? This one-hour class will involve a group warm-up, 30-45 minute high intensity circuit training, and a group yoga cool down. In each class you will not only get your heart rate up, but you’ll learn what you’re doing & why! The goal of
this boot camp is to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey and to help you get better! We want to challenge you, but will never push you further than what you are capable of! The women’s only requirement will provide for an intimidation-free zone to come just as you are! We just want you to strive to be better than you were yesterday! We plan achieve this by introducing both body weight & weighted movements to help create body awareness, eliminate the daily aches and pains you experience, and create resiliency in your body! Classes will take place Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday each week starting in January! We would love for you to join us and what a great way to kick of 2018!
