🚨 District Champion Tigers X2🏆🏆🐅🚨
12 District Champions!
Yesterday your Blountstown Tigers Track & Field team competed in the FHSAA 1A District 2 Championship at Wewahitchka High School, with Both the girls and the boys teams bringing home the District Championship!
Yesterday was the first time in BHS T&F history that the girls Won BACK to BACK District Championships (Only two titles in school history if I’m not mistaken) while the Boys continued their 8 year reign as Champions!!!🏆
So many School Records Broken and New PRs set with this group!
The girls were challenged yesterday to get out of their comfort zones and they were more than up for the challenge! From sprints to distance, jumps to relays—these girls showed up, showed out, and left it all out there today the day.
The guys were just asked to execute and only ended the day with a blunder or two but they will be better for it, all the guys competed hard and made sure to bring it home again.

We’re Extremely Proud of our tigers but they know we’re on the hunt for even more and the state series has just begun!
Big S/O to Our Senior group of girls they really lead the way for that group this season!
A great season it has been but it’s not over yet!!
On to Regionals! We will post the qualifiers list when it’s finalized, should be 30+ Tigers of 48 that competed moving on to regionals.
