Gentlemen, have you noticed your wife scrolling an F3 page or liking our posts? Maybe she's mentioned her friends husband doing F3 or asked if you've heard about it? That's her subtle hint that it's your time to get out here. Be a leader, make the choice for yourself to come out before that subtle hint turns into a strong suggestion.

We've had a new person almost every session in Bloomsdale so far, you won't be alone and we leave no man behind.

F3 (Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith) is officially planting a flag in Bloomsdale! We are a network of free, outdoor, peer-led workouts for men.

​The Essentials:
​When: Mondays and Saturdays at 5AM
​Where: Sunset Park, Bloomsdale Missouri
​Cost: $0. (Always free, forever.)
​Who: All men. It doesn't matter if you’re an athlete or haven't been in the gym or run a mile in a decade. We leave no man behind.
​What to bring: Just a willingness to get better.
