Last week Grayson Reck competed at the YMCA Short Course National Championship in Greensboro, NC. Grayson placed 13th out of 159 swimmers in the 100 breaststroke! 🏅

BAY had a great showing at YMCA States last weekend, and we are so proud of how our swimmers represented the team at this level.
Congratulations to our podium finishers:
Colleen Morris for placing 7th in the 1650 freestyle
Mya Powlus for earning 4th in the 50 backstroke and 6th in the 100 backstroke
Abby Robertson for placing 7th in the 200 backstroke. These are outstanding accomplishments at a highly competitive meet, and we could not be more proud of their effort, resilience, and composure on the big stage. 🏅

We are so proud of our BAY swimmers who represented their high schools at the PIAA State Championship Meet this weekend. Simply qualifying for this meet is a tremendous accomplishment, and several of our swimmers delivered outstanding performances, making it back to swim in finals in the evening.

The District Championship meet was an exciting and rewarding weekend for our team! Through a lot of hard work this season and support from teammates, families, and coaches, 19 of our athletes earned qualification to the state championship meet. 🏅

YMCA swimming districts weekend is here! 💦
This year we are sending 47 swimmers, which is over half of our team! This is a testament to the teamwork exhibited by our families, coaches, and ALL of our swimmers.

On Sunday, BAY had 13 swimmers attend the Central PA 10&U championships at Cumberland Valley High School.

Lucy Chamberlin took home the high point award in the 6 and Under Girls age group, while James Monahon captured the high point title for the 8 and Under boys. Congratulations to everyone on an outstanding meet! 🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏼‍♂️

Last week BAY had 18 swimmers representing SIX different school districts in our region at the PIAA District IV AA Championships.

In addition, Arianna Donnelly competed for Berwick HS in the District II Championship meet.
