Calling all Sorters!!! - Keystone Horse Center will be hosting a sanctioned RSNC event November 10, 11, 12, 2023. What?? Not an RSNC Member? No worries - RSNC gives you the first year membership for FREE!!! Why think about joining? Since June 20th of this year (just 4 months), they have already paid out over $1.2 Million dollars at RSNC sanctioned events. Come find out what it's all about and sort some cows and have some fun!! All the information you need is on the flyer - direct your questions to Beth Shaw or Michelle Felcetto at the numbers listed.

Wow, what a great finals weekend we had settled by just one point!!! Congratulations to Chad Alesky for winning the High Point Champion Saddle and to Larry Kuyper for winning the High Point Reserve Champion buckle. We also had 3 more winners -- Shannon Umstead for winning the Champion 1D buckle, Chad Alesky for winning the Champion 2D buckle and Kelly Smith-Wells for winning the Champion 3D buckle. Great riding from all of the winners all season. And, we will be starting our 2020 season with a 3 man, 2 hole sorting on December 7th-8th. Larry Kuyper will be holding a clinic from 8-11 on December 7th and the competition will start at noon on Saturday and 10:00 AM on Sunday. Reserve your spot for the clinic now. Stalls and hookups will also be available. Stay tuned for the rest of our 2020 dates to be published soon. Hope to see you in December!

The last Keystone Sorting clinic and show will be held this weekend. We can’t believe the season is already down to the finals. And, speaking of finals, this weekend is open to everyone. Larry Kuyper is again hosting a clinic on Friday night, starting at 7:00 PM, and there are spots still available so message us and let us know if you would like to reserve one. Each clinic he has brought new knowledge to all of our riders, both new and seasoned. Last weekend, we had two newcomers to the sport actually make it to the finals! So, even if you have never sorted before, don’t hesitate to come to the clinic. Larry will help you learn this exciting sport and is here all weekend to give tips and pointers. We will start at 10:00 on Saturday and Sunday (don’t forget there is a time change this weekend) so come on out and try it. Hope to see you this weekend.

Reminder to all of our Keystone Sorting family... the scheduled sorting for this weekend has been rescheduled for next weekend October 26th and October 27th. The Clinic with Larry Kuyper will be on Friday night October 25th so let us know if you would like us to reserve you a spot. Larry will be teaching our new riders and expanding on other techniques for our seasoned riders as well. The last sorting of our season will be held on November 1st and 2nd. And for those of you who haven't been with us yet - come try our new exciting D format. This weekend is the USTPA Region 8 Penning and Sorting Finals so come on down and watch some exciting action this weekend as well. See you all soon.

Open to everyone on Friday night....If you love to team pen or you love to sort, then plan on coming on Friday night and having some fun for this weekend’s USTPA event. And, if any rider has attended one USTPA sanctioned event already, Friday nights ride can qualify you to run for the $10,000 Added USTPA finals. There are still stalls and hookups available and it’s going to be beautiful weather this weekend. Contact any of the numbers on the flyer for any questions. The cattle are here.....why not come join them!!! And for our riders coming via 80 West, take the Lightstreet exit 236B. One exit past what your GPS is telling you. Do not follow your GPS coming West it will take you down roads that are not trailer friendly.

Attention Keystone Sorters... We have changed the date of our October show from October 19th and 20th to the following weekend of October 26th and 27th. Our clinic, with Larry Kuyper, has also moved from October 18th to October 25th. Our Keystone Sorting finals will be open to everyone but you must attend 6 out of 8 show dates (not including the finals on November 2nd and 3rd) to qualify to run for our High Point awards.

And, we are excited to announce that the weekend of October 18th to the 20th, we will be hosting the USTPA Region 8 finals. And to all of our sorters who love to team pen, the Friday night classes will be open to everyone. I have attached their flyer with information and contact numbers for anyone who might have questions on their finals.
