A rainy Saturday won’t stop us from honoring those we’ve lost.

We asked everyone to write down someone who they would be doing the Murph for this year.

We remember the sacrifice given by those who have served, today and everyday.

Thank you all who attended Saturday and last Sunday (didn’t grab a picture).

Hope everyone had a special weekend with friends and family.

“The Murph” is almost here!

We will have two dates scheduled to honor Lt. Michael P. Murphy who made the ultimate sacrifice on June 28th 2005.

Saturday May 23rd:

9am is start time and we will have a Memorial Day cookout to follow at 12pm

Sunday May 17th ( This Sunday) :

5:30pm
This is for anyone who can’t make the 23rd!
(Will also have a different workout ready for anyone who wants to join)

This will be a rain or shine event so plan accordingly for the weather.

Below is the “ Murph Challenge” keep in mind we can scale and partition this workout in many ways to help you complete.

1 Mile Run
300 Air Squats
200 Push ups
100 Pull Ups
1 Mile Run

Let’s get together and honor those we have lost. See everyone there!
