At this location, we offer premiere, private personal training for 1 to 4 people for half or 1 hour sessions!! Our services will offer strength training, aerobic exercise programming, core/flexibility training with conventional and non-conventional modalities, and indoor/outdoor training. Every client will receive individual, extensive attention to their specific needs. From weight loss to wedding preparation, HLF clients will feel like they are the star of the show!!! After pre-consultation and elective pre-testing measures, every client will get to choose the music they want to hear and have the ideal, comfortable environment to unlock their hidden physical potential!! During the nicer seasons of the year, HLF will host youth camps/outdoor fitness using the adjacent fields and offering non-conventional training to all HLF clients. High speed Internet, electronic hand sanitizers, brand new Rogue Echo-2 bumper plates, Tanita BIA - bioelectrical impedance analysis for accurate body fat readings to start your own journey, multiple fitness settings, spotless bathroom/shower area, and much more to come! I am constantly scouting out new cutting edge fitness equipment to continue to expand our clients' programming. Along with all that we also offer our clients non-conventional boxing fitness downstairs at the Voyager Boxing studio. Team HLF will help with diet intervention, body composition, consistent accountability, weight loss, mastering techniques, range of motion on our elevated mat tables, and therapeutic modalities for recovery such as foam rolling or our mobile TENS units!
