A great reason to have a coach that makes themselves do things they don't wanna do is they will make you do things you don't wanna do and not feel bad about it 😀! Like unilateral training many wonderful benefits yet never fun!

Randy tweaked his back with some yard work over the weekend so we called an audible and hit the belt squat! Ended up with 410lb for 5! Ita important to listen to your body and adjust your training but nor skip it!

Sally wanted to work on balance! So in her program we do traditional lifts like squats and presses but we also have a little fun! Like this side loaded overhead carry with a heel to toe walk! The more your coach knows the more they can help with! Her husband took on mulching this past weekend and she was very happy with her ability to step up into the bed of the truck and maintain her balance during the job! We train hard to make life easier!!!

Working GPP for an elk hunting backpacking trip coming up! Ended today with 4 sets of 45 second swings! Works cardio and smokes gluets and back erectors all at the same time! If you've got a goal Trident has a plan!
